These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and poppk. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and must not attempt to register an Account.

poppk is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed and at any point at poppk's discretion during the account lifecycle. KYC documents accepted include government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be required.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or where submitted documents cannot be verified, will be suspended. Any Real Money Balance in a suspended account pending KYC will be held securely and released upon successful verification or returned to the original deposit method if the account is ultimately closed.
Accounts confirmed to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned to the verified payment source. No bonus funds will be returned in such cases.
To access real-money Services on poppk, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.
Each individual may hold only one poppk Account. It is strictly prohibited to hold, operate, or attempt to open more than one Account, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party. If duplicate Accounts are identified, poppk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Balances within them, and in cases of suspected deliberate multi-accounting, forfeit the Real Money Balance as well after reasonable investigation.
All poppk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once selected, the Account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and transacted in PKR.
Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. poppk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. The Account will not be closed without further notice, and any remaining balance after the application of inactivity fees will remain accessible upon login.
It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible at all times. poppk communicates important account notices, KYC requests, and security alerts through these channels. poppk accepts no liability for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your poppk Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. poppk strongly recommends enabling 2FA via your Account settings.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any action taken on the Platform using your Account credentials — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, unless you have notified poppk of unauthorised access in advance of those actions.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify poppk Support immediately via Live Chat or email so that your Account may be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
poppk will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to poppk Support immediately.
poppk accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large single deposits at poppk's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer deposits reflect on the same business day for transfers initiated before 3:00 PM PST.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account, subject to KYC verification being complete. poppk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in names other than the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment dispute initiated by a Player in connection with a poppk deposit will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings or Bonus Balance. poppk reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal channels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the poppk Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
poppk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account involved in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances within that Account (subject to applicable licensing regulations), and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, poppk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

poppk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at poppk Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
poppk processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity and age verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. Your data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required by licensing obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to poppk's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance periods. Data retention and subject access requests can be directed to poppk Support.
poppk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or bonus eligibility in a significant way — poppk will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to registered Players and by a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or editorial updates that do not alter the substance of any term — may be published without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which poppk's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact poppk Support to seek an informal resolution. poppk undertakes to respond to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days where possible.
In the event that arbitration is unavailable or inapplicable to a specific claim, the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Players acknowledge and consent to this jurisdiction by accepting these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under consumer protection laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
